Lessons & Schedule

Lessons occur on a weekly basis in 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour blocks. The number of lessons for each month will be confirmed at the last lesson of the month for the following month. Online lessons are available to provide flexibilty. Please arrive on time and come prepared for your lessons.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both the student and the teacher. If a cancellation is made less that 48 hours prior to a lesson, you will still be charged for that lesson and a makeup lesson will be scheduled within the next two weeks (outside of regular scheduled lesson time). With more than 48 hour notice, lesson payment can be credited towards the following month (makeup lesson not required).

Tuition and Fees

Tuition is billed monthly and is due on the first of the month. Payment is due within 5 days. After 5 days, a $10 late fee will be applied to your invoice.

Legal

Unless notified in writing of an objection, The Harbor Violin Studio may take photos and/or videos of students for use in marketing and promotional materials.

The Harbor Violin Studio is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss during the course of private lessons, group classes, recitals, and other studio events.
